Exhibitor Tables for the July 18, 2010 NESPA show are now available.
The cost for Exhibitor tables is $25 from now until March 31, 2010 and $35 thereafter. Each 6 foot table comes with 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor badges. Table space is limited and will be granted on a first come, first serve basis.

Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $4 each.
Once all the tables are full, creators will be placed on a waiting list in the order of their request.
Exhibitors who wish to cancel must do so prior to March 31st to receive a refund. Any cancellation request made after March 31st will not receive refunds. Also, any tables reserved after March 31st will be non-refundable.

The NESPA 2010 convention program will be given free to attendees the day of the show. It will contain any panel/programming schedules, seating chart, exhibitor info and advertisements. It will be black and white pages with color covers.
All exhibitors who reserve a table prior to March 31st will be listed in the convention program. For exhibitors reserving a table after March 31st, every effort will be made to include them in the program but it cannot be guaranteed.
For exhibitors wishing to purchase ad space in the program, the prices are as follows.
